About the Webmaster!!!
i think these bitches write me off but they don't even know me!
Hi (again)!! I'm Shay, she/they, 19 yrs old. it's not my full name and nobody calls me
that IRL but I can get a bit paranoid when it comes to the internet lol. Also bi/pan/queer/whatever
as well as somewhere on the asexual spectrum. Idk! I just think that we're all on a rock floating
in space and i don't owe anyone any proper definitive labels. I also have a pet maltipoo, cockatiel,
and two budgies. Oh i'm a february aquarius (not an astrology person tho) and i have zero clue what my mbti is at this point (college REALLY
switches up your mindset), it could be intj or it could be the complete opposite! OH and im filipino
living in america!
I am a university student majoring in computer science and minoring in journalism,
though if the universe loved me, i'd be majoring in either english or journalism. I hold a firm belief
that people are so much more than the things they study! Education has always been a huge part of my life,
but im starting to realize that there is more to life than that. Anyways! I only started learning web development
really b/c i just got a job as the webmaster of my uni's newspaper website, even though i didn't really
need to. But i was sick and tired of learning about compsci and not being able to show what i've learned
online (b/c i have only learned C++ in school so far, aka, backend stuff) so its really a win-win situation!
My dreams and aspirations include publishing some sort of media for the world to see, living in a walkable city,
hosting weekly game nights with friends, having a forever person to love who also loves me back (as cringe as
that is to admit!) and earning a salary through a remote or hybrid job where i can purchase dessert with every sit-down meal.
